Truth be told we care a lot about our thoughts.
We care so much about them ... for the simple reason they are ... ours, but we are so blinds that we actually don’t see that ... most of those thoughts are the reason why we have such a headache ... all day long.
It’s a nice saying ... change your thoughts, change your life ... but we are too ignorants to think about it.
We believe we know better what we have to do ... and we actually don’t pay credit to anyone ... not even to the great thinkers.
And the mind ... remains ... full with silly negative ideas that dominate all what we feel.
We are actually dominated by the negativity itself ... not realizing that the outside world is just a reflection of the inner world.
We know that theory also ... but again ... we find it too abstract to care about it.
Meanwhile ... the nightmare from the scene of the real life ... continues.
It looks like the daemons started to control this scene ... fulfilled with so, so many negative events.
We are metamorphosed ... into simple spectators ... that have no power at all of changing the script of those scenes.
The negative events keep repeating on and on and on ... and the headache is huge.
There is nothing else to do ... than praying ... as the Supreme Intelligence to help us get rid of that negative energetic field that ruins our lives.
But suddenly ... we understand that there is nothing else to be done to get rid of the ugly headache ... than applying the theory of changing the thoughts ... otherwise the nightmare will continue forever.
We try to control the thoughts ... and guess what?! ... is almost like trying to control ... the wind ... and again we feel trapped in a cage ... with no hope of getting out of there.
Meanwhile the headache continues.
But one day ... a voice is whispering us ... “Just smile ... and embrace all your thoughts ... with love and understanding”.
Again ... we find it ... too abstract ... but when we are in such a critical situation ... there is nothing to do ... than try and test absolutely any idea.
In a moment of a blessing awakening we realize that our lives are not controlled by any daemons ... but all those thoughts from our minds are the daemons that force us to follow such ugly paths ... that generate all the time ... lots of headache.
But ... embracing all our thoughts, ideas, feelings, fears .... we are actually understand and accept who we really are.
We realize that the dark side of us ... exists.
It was always there.
It is part of us and the only wise thing we could do is to clean it ... or maybe replace it with the beautiful side that is there also.
In fact ... we should actually let the beautiful side dominates the dark side ... and we understand it’s all a decision ... and there is nothing better we could do.
Then ... we realize that all those theories about the impact of our thoughts on our lives ... are real ... even if they look so abstract.
We start to meditate ... and see the daemons that controls reality inside of us ... not in the outside world.
The paid price for ignorance ... was huge.
Years of ... headaches ... even if we knew it by such a long time ... what was the real path that we needed to follow.
... and then the real change starts.
So ... dear friends ... let’s accept and embrace ourselves ...no matter where we are on the timeline of life.
